Brad serves as a partner at SpringTide. He enjoys partnering with entrepreneurs chasing bold visions to improve human health. Prior to SpringTide, he was an investor on the corporate VC team at UnitedHealth Group, where he helped launch a behavioral health startup. He started his career as an investment banker focused on healthcare M&A.

Brad earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and management information systems from the University of Minnesota and his MBA from Harvard Business School.

He is a board director at Paloma Health and Helm. He serves as a board observer at OpenLoop, Nest Health, WearLinq, RxLive, Prolucent Health, and Vigor.
